• pc to pc move: part 4

  This is beginning to get a little craazy. I got the PC moved successfully. Then I got smart and decided to do a complete windows up date. It all went well until I needed to reboot. and I got the BSOD:

• Data Migration pt.2

  I’ve decided to go with a practice run before breaking my Assistant Principal’s PC.

  pulled a fresh GX520 image from district server (Zen Imaging) and installed it on the Optiplex 755.
  restarted PC and it booted. The display is out of wack.
  disconnected the network cable so that Novell won’t scream about the LDAP.
  when i rebooted the pc, [...]
